How does the membership work?

We are inviting you to become an IFY Online Member at an especially low rate.  That fee will NEVER increase for you, as long as you keep your membership active with automated monthly payments.  If you cancel and then want to resume later, you’ll need to pay the current rate.  

Can I rewatch the same classes and how long will they be available? 
We have an online video library that will grow each week - with over 100 videos so far. You will have unlimited access to all the videos and can watch them as many times as you like.  We upload  1 - 2 new videos per week.  We don’t remove any unless there are issues with them.


How do I register?
If you click the red button below, you will get taken to the registration form where you can sign up.  Enter your name and email so we can send you your password and inform you about the Live class schedule, special announcements, etc.  There will be a payment button on the form where you can use PayPal or a credit card.


Will there be Live classes and recordings of them?
Yes!  We offer 1 live class per week which you can join via Zoom.  It is recorded and added to the library for later viewing.  The regular Live class is held Sundays at 10 a.m. PST / 1 p.m. EST and is generally level 1 or 1 -2, alternately taught by Robyn and Patrick.   Sometimes we offer an additional Live class which is announced beforehand.


What is the technology needed for viewing?
All videos in the library are hosted on our website.  When you register, you'll get a unique password to get access.  Can you view it on a TV screen?  Yes, if you have a system to hook your TV up to the internet.


Can I make requests and ask questions once I'm a member?
Absolutely!  We are always open to feedback and answering questions and want to serve you as best we can. Please don’t ever hesitate to shoot us an email, ask a question after a live class, or find us in your members-only FB group with whatever requests or questions you have and we’ll do our best to meet your needs!


What's the cancellation policy? 
Just send us an email 14 days or more before your next payment is due and we'll make sure you don't get charged again.  


How can I find the optimal classes for my needs?  There is search bar so you can easily search for classes based on title, level, description, focus area and length.  


Will I need yoga props?  
For most people, they're really helpful and we will often recommend you use them in the classes for certain situations.  Ideally, you have a minimum of one firm foam or cork yoga block, 4” x 6” x 9”, one 6 ft. or longer strap, one firm cotton or wool blanket.   In some classes, we’ll use tennis or lacrosse balls, so have one of those handy as well.  The lacrosse ball is much more firm and therefore more intense on the muscles/fascia, so it can be more effective, but it may be too much for some people.
