WOW! I used todays lesson twice. Once with my partner and once with my 13 year-old daughter. Both stopped talking, made eye contact with me and I actually felt HEARD for the first time in a long time.

This training helped me be better heard and understood by teaching me how to respond to my loved ones with honesty...instead of reacting without thinking.

I love how much more grounded and open I feel in navigating my relationships after this experience. In just these few days I’ve boosted my capacity for empathy and have the tools to do so in an empowering way. Thank you, Robyn!

I learned a technique that allows me to stop (almost daily) arguments by expressing to my partner unarguable truths; just what is, and avoid my inclination to not speak, to over talk, or overreact in ways I didn’t want to. With Robyn’s teachings and guidance, I can say what I mean, get heard, and avoid the pitfalls of blame and defensiveness.

This training helped me be heard and understood by allowing me an opportunity to relax. It's so so so powerful to be in a circle, witnessing each other (HEARING each other, being seen), remembering we aren't alone, and letting our natural wisdom come forward, all especially so when that circle is held by such a generous humble teacher.

I have learned so much this week I could write a book about it! This group has been so brave, courageous and inspiring! And exceptional gratitude goes to Robyn-our teacher and mentor. Thank you for holding this safe space and for helping us to become the women we were always meant to be. So much love for all the women here!!

In this training, I found myself exploring my inner world of needs and desires with a new level of vulnerability; gaining comfort with a rainbow of feelings - especially ones that are more challenging, awkward or uncomfortable!

Taking this to the table in communication is already giving me more clarity, satisfaction and confidence. I feel more joy, support and connection... and less fear.
